Out of an abundance of caution and to assist with our nation's preventive efforts we have temporarily implemented our customer service and sales department to work remotely. As a result, we are only able to handle Sales calls at this time. All other matters including, tech support, status and returns are being worked through a ticketing system through email and we are reviewing and responding in the order they are received.
If you are requesting status of an existing order, require technical assistance or would like to setup a return, we ask that you please do not call us directly as this will only delay assistance. We have not halted our production however, due to the nature of our process and the handling of our products interdepartmental, we have implemented safety precautions which could cause an increase in processing time.
